Collection: Nieves Carrasco

Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, Nieves first came to Canada in 1974. She studied fine arts and textile design at Universidad Católica in Santiago. 

Nieves is inspired by pattern, colour, texture and composition. She is attentive to the nature of each material, and finds ways to express their inherent beauty. Most importantly, she trusts her hands to create what had only been imagined.

Nieves Carrasco lives in in Toronto.
